At FIPE, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Custom or personalized t-shirts are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective

How to Start a Return:
Email us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect
